Our tranquil studios are a place to transform your mind & body, as well as a space to encourage you to live an EMPOWERED AND BALANCED life.

All of our yoga classes are Vinyasa based unless otherwise noted (i.e. Yin, Ashtanga etc). Vinyasa Flow can be defined as breath to movement or arranging something in a special way. Each class is unique and creative to the teachers individuality.

More than anything… it’s a place to simply be.

 
  • This vinyasa class is suitable for all levels. Our teachers will offer options for those looking to explore their edge, while also providing modifications for those in need of more rest, allowing students to practice at their own pace. Expect to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive environment.

  • In our level 1 Vinyasa classes you will be offered standing, balance and seated postures. The teacher will offer clear direction and plenty of modification options, including the use of props. You may be introduced to breathing techniques and meditation.

  • Have you been coming to all level for awhile? This vinyasa class is for those that have a good foundation and understanding of linking breath to movement.  These classes will challenge you with more advanced asanas, such as arm balances and inversions.  Be prepared to move and sweat. The level 2 PRACTITIONER is one who knows how to honor their body’s needs and capabilities, modifying as needed and knowing when to take rest. Touching your toes not required.

  • This vinyasa class is for those that have a basic foundation and understanding linking breath to movement.  These classes will Vary in level depending on the teacher. The room is heated by infrared heaters to 90 degrees. Be prepared to move and sweat. ENJOY A LAVENDER TOWEL AT THE END WHILE RESTING IN SHAVASANA. 

  • This heated power vinyasa class is designed to build heat, strength, and momentum in your practice. Expect a strong, steady flow that challenges your stamina while encouraging you to stay connected to your breath and body. Move to fun, upbeat music as you flow through a dynamic sequence that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. The room is heated by infrared heaters to 90 degrees, so come ready to sweat. Wind down with a refreshing lavender towel as you settle into shavasana.

  • More than just a workout, Yoga & Weights blends the mindful movement of a vinyasa-style practice with strength-building props for an added challenge. Using weights, resistance bands, gliders, and/or blocks, you’ll flow through familiar postures while building endurance, stability, and body awareness. All levels welcome, come ready to sweat and be challenged.

  • This is a slow,meditative practice, which is a challenge in itself, to become more comfortable in moments of stillness. Poses are held for several minutes at a time to enhance natural range of motion in joints. Uniquely so, yin yoga promotes relaxation of the muscles to release deep layers of connective tissue and fascia. Great for all levels, especially for those looking for longer held poses and to acquire flexibility.

  • MELLOW is a blend of gentle flow and yin. Class begins with a focus on breath, followed by a gentle flow to connect breath with movement, and ends with a yin deep stretch. Props are used. suitable for all levels.
