Anniversary Donation Mat Pilates/Yoga class & vendor market with with Amanda Steadman & Rachel Clark

Kick off our 11th anniversary celebration with a special donation-based class before the vendor market begins. This energizing 60-minute experience starts with 30-minutes of Mat Pilates led by Rachel Clark, incorporating weights and props to build strength, stability, and core connection. Then, transition into a 30-minute all-level yoga flow with studio owner Amanda Steadman to stretch, breathe, and move with intention.
Come sweat, flow, and celebrate community while supporting a meaningful local cause. All donations will benefit the Sugar Bloom Foundation, a local non-profit that provides orchids to oncology patients as a gesture of comfort, encouragement, and care.

Join us for a meaningful journey through the 8 Limbs of Yoga, the foundational path outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali that extends far beyond the physical practice.
Together, we’ll explore the teachings that shape yoga beyond the poses, integrating breath, awareness, discipline, and meditation as tools for moving through our daily lives.
This course is designed to bridge the gap between what happens on the mat and how we show up in the world. Through discussion, reflection, and an all-levels yoga practice, you’ll be invited to experience the 8 limbs as a living, practical framework that can support your relationships, decision-making, inner dialogue, and overall sense of balance and well-being.

Restoring Emotional Balance from Within With Robert Vaile

Join Robert for a group workshop exploring emotional awareness, energetic balance, and inner healing. Participants will be introduced to the principles of muscle testing and guided through group practice, meditative introspection, and emotional clearing work.
Many emotional and physical imbalances can be connected to unresolved experiences or retained emotional patterns stored in the body. In this workshop, Robert will share tools to help identify what may be creating imbalance and support participants in releasing what no longer serves them.
Drawing from multiple healing systems, including kinesiology and his work as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Robert creates space for greater clarity, peace, and balance.

You'll explore pacing to maintain flow, effective communication around modifications, and prop use to enhance accessibility. Cover strategies for creating a safe and welcoming environment where students of all-levels feel supported. With a focus on transforming classes into workshop-like experiences, this course provides the tools to elevate teaching and connect more deeply with every student in the room.
