We practice Yoga Mala, 108 Sun Salutations, to celebrate the new season and to prepare for the changes and opportunities it will bring. We invite you to join us at Walking Tree on the Summer Solstice as we welcome Summer, practicing Yoga Mala together as a community. Set your intentions and prepare your body and mind for the new season by flowing through this powerful moving meditation. We will start with a brief introduction, discussing the symbolism of the number 108; and we will follow our practice with some moments of restorative introspection where you can seal in your intention. All levels are welcome - modifications will be offered.
