OUR 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training IS ACCREDITED THROUGH YOGA ALLIANCE. it consists of 7 weekends, plus 9 Mondays. You will also be required to do 20 Non-contact hours which will include assignments, self-study and practice teaching.

The main purpose of the training is to educate each student to a deeper degree on the practice of vinyasa yoga. By doing this, the student will interact with qualified teachers in their field of expertise to receive well rounded insight on pranayama, yoga sutras, anatomy, and vinyasa sequencing to develop a strong understanding of the practice. The what, the why, and the how. The student will experience self discovery, growth, and a way to experience yoga in a new light.

During this course you will receive an advanced education on the foundations of yoga including anatomy, alignment, adjustments and philosophy. Beyond that, you will also learn skills of communication and leadership. This course is designed to deliver a set a tools that help cultivate a balanced life.
Curriculum & Teachers
As a way to honor the art of yoga, each day will include an asana practice, pranayama and meditation.
The remainder of the day will be broken up for posture evaluation, anatomy, philosophy and practice teaching.
The majority of training will be led by Amanda Steadman E-RYT 500, Jessica Rigal E-RYT-500, Amanda Peruzzi RYT 500 and Brianna Beard. Guest teachers will share their knowledge in their field of expertise such as Ashleigh Whitfield, teaching anatomy, Tara Blackburn, teaching mandala sequencing, and Erin Kolenda, teaching activating your authentic voice.
