We can refine and transform our beliefs by honoring the learning process that comes from reading and sharing information.

This month's book club is led by Amber Bailey, a Level Yoga desk staff member. Amber is an advanced student of Dr. Dispenza and a research staff member. She traveled the world assisting his team as they collected data on how meditation affects the biology of the body for the science of transformation.

What we’ll read: A mix of titles spanning various genres pertaining to the art and science of yoga, as well as self-development.

How can I participate: This year we will announce the season's book club picks in its entirety so you can start reading right away and at your own pace. Each month we will reshare the book with the meeting date. Book your spot on Mindbody to join the discussion.

Luke is a Vero native, VBHS Class '97, and now permanent Vero resident after moving back this past July (2023) with his wife (Casie) and two kids (William, Eliot).

What we’ll read: A mix of titles spanning various genres pertaining to the art and science of yoga, as well as self-development.
