  • Level Yoga is a community centered space that encourages students to live empowered and balanced lives at each level of their practice.

    Experience a perfect mix of effort and relaxation, along with a unique sense of community. Enjoy a stress-free environment filled with positive energy.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your waiver, meet the teacher, and get ready for class. We have cubbies in the boutique for your belongings. Please bring only what is needed as Level Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Sign up on our website or through the Level Yoga or MINDBODY app on your smartphone. The app is the easiest option.

  • With a monthly pass, the duration is specified. For drop-in or class packs (5, 10, 20, or 16 sharable), you have one year to use the classes from the date of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you are on the waitlist, you will get a text or email if you get into class. If you get a text, reply “y” to attend or “N” to decline. Text is the quickest way to be notified, so turn on notifications.

    An email will say you have been added from the waitlist and specify the class. If you cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible via the AI system or at info@levelyogastudio.com.

  • Keep shoes and personal belongings in the cubbies.

    Please keep cell phones outside the studio and set them to silent. Make sure fitness watches are silent and dim. Want a selfie? Be sure to take it before or after class.

    Arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in. Once the barn door is closed, no one can enter.

    Respect the vibe of the room and space of others around you. Unroll your mat quietly and refrain from talking during class.

    The studio is a shared space for breathing together. Good hygiene is important for everyone, so please avoid strong scents.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before a class starts.

    Monthly pass members with week, month, auto pay or year passes must cancel within this time to avoid a $10 fee. Those with drop-in, 5, 10, 16, or 20 class passes will lose a class for late cancellations.

    For private sessions, pop-up classes, or workshops, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

    This policy is strict and has no exceptions.

  • Welcome! You're in the right place! We have classes for everyone and invite you to start your journey with us. Call (772-365-4407) the front desk to talk with our helpful staff about class options. If a group class seems scary at first, consider a private session.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that fit well, bring a yoga mat, water, a towel, and stay open-minded. Please only bring what you need to the studio.

  • Children aged 13-15 can join an adult class with you but cannot attend alone. Those 16 and older can participate without an adult. We do not provide childcare in the studio; children cannot wait in the studio or boutique while you take a class.

  • Yes, especially from October to May. We recommend signing up early to secure your spot. Walk-ins depend on availability.
