Our brains are the most sophisticated, responsive, and elastic mechanisms in the Universe. This class is designed to help rewrite old patterns and rewire new circuits. By exercising the frontal lobe, balancing both hemispheres of the brain, and activating the hypothalamus and pineal glands, we can create better mental stamina and clarity.

Kundalini is the yoga of awareness. If you can breathe, you can practice Kundalini. All levels are welcome!
