Join Scott for an hour of various meditative practices and conversation designed to cultivate
mindfulness as we navigate our day-to-day circumstances. There will be a brief overview of
mindful living and pearls about the art and science of meditation. The hour will include 3 mini-
meditations including sitting, a body scan, and self compassion/loving kindness meditation. No
experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, dress comfortably, and keep an open mind and
heart.
