You will receive an email from carly@levelyogastudio.com at least 15 minutes prior to class start time.
If you cannot attend this at the live streaming time, please register for event on MindBody and you will be sent a recording of class that will be sent to you via email and available to watch for 24 hours after class start time.

CLASS DETAILS:
This class is specifically designed to strengthen your core, shoulders, arms and legs, and to improve your cardiovascular stamina. Expect to learn a variety of different strengthening drills as we move through this invigorating full-body FLOW. The stronger you feel in your body, the easier those arm balances and handstands will become!
(Note: We aren't learning handstands, but rather engaging in strengthening movements that make arm balances and handstands possible)
Prepare to play, sweat, rinse and repeat! Expect to walk off your mat feeling like you can accomplish ANYTHING!
