Explore philosophy and practices of Yoga to build awareness and develop healthier behaviors, improving social interactions. In this introductory, mildly academic course, we make every effort for you to be personally involved, experiencing the deeper healing of breathwork, meditation, and the mind/body connection. Clarifying guided chakra meditations, lively discussions of Karma, and beautiful tales and teachings from India included in this unique teacher training module opened to the public for the first time.

Oct. 13th - Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga: The Eight-Limbed Path

Oct. 27th- Pranayama & Meditation (5 Yogic Breathing Techniques and Guidelines)

Nov. 3rd- Subtle Body: Kleshas, Koshas, Karmas (Complex psychosomatic afflictions)

Dec. 8th- Chakra System (Clarification of the energy centers of the subtle body)
