In this free event, offered by one of our 300-hour yoga trainees, you will be introduced to key concepts of meditation. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just curious about meditation, this workshop will help deepen or develop your meditative practice. A 30-minute gentle flow will bring coherence between the mind, body, and breath. Following the flow, participants will be introduced to general meditation concepts and be offered three short meditation exercises. These exercises will help students discover and strengthen their most valuable asset: their awareness and how to cultivate discernment for all aspects of their life.
