In this 4-part program you will learn the foundation of a yoga practice. While yoga is a lifelong journey, this foundation will be what you need to feel comfortable stepping into a group class. Focus will be on the yogic breath (Ujjayi) flow and technique. Each class will be a complete experience and you are welcome to take one or all. While we recommend you take all four, it is still very beneficial to take what you can when you can as this series will be offered several times throughout the year.
