Qi Gong has a powerful healing and harmonizing effect on all the bodies organs and systems. With low impact movement and coordinated deep breathing, you finish practice feeling balanced and aligned. Join Brie for a gentle standing Qi Gong flow followed by a seated meditation for deep relaxation.
