Releasing to receive is as natural as exhaling before you inhale. Together, let's set our intention to offer up what no longer serves us in order to receive our blessings for the new year. Our 75-minute ceremony includes a burning bowl ritual, asana flow, breath and meditation. Let's leave 2021 behind in gratitude and welcome a fresh and abundant start in 2022.

*This class will be held outdoors on the second floor of the Atrium Building (3055 Cardinal Drive). Weather permitting. Pre-registration is required; no walk-ins allowed. Students must bring their own mat and props. No props will be available to use; a beach towel is suggested to provide extra cushioning between mat and cement floor.*
