This mini immersion is perfect for anyone looking to begin a yoga practice! You will learn about and practice basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Each day will incorporate both physical practice and lecture, with room on Sunday for Q & A. Students will leave this mini immersion with the knowledge and tools to comfortably and safely step into a group class. No prior yoga experience necessary!
