In this workshop, Angela King AP, DOM, will explain the eastern medicine concepts of this season and how they relate to the body. Amanda will lead a 60 min. detoxing & revitalizing flow to bring the body into harmony with Spring. Following practice, we’ll enjoy a 15 min. supportive shavasana featuring a simple and powerful acupuncture treatment to align your energy with the equinox. Celebrate with us by wearing green!
