Join our recent 300-hour YTT graduates for a 60-minute mindful experience amidst the refreshing open air of the Cardinal Atrium. Featuring an opening ceremony and ritual, a mellow vinyasa flow, and a calming meditation. Following our practice we will convene at Humiston Beach Park, main beach access, for a dedicated one-hour beach cleanup, leaving nothing behind, but our footprints during our closing ceremony. Your contributions will directly support Coastal Connections of Indian River County, ensuring the preservation of our beautiful coastal environment.
