Come discover and/or deepen the foundations and specific alignment cues as well as different ways to enter, exit and transition between crow pose and headstand. We will explore specific exercises to build the necessary core and arm strength for these two poses and use the wall and props in creative ways so you can feel confident and comfortable in these shapes. You will receive one-on-one assists to ensure you feel safe as well as find the appropriate modifications to fully embrace these asanas in your body. Then, we’ll put our new knowledge together in a fun and playful vinyasa sequence highlighting crow and headstand.
Open to all levels seeking time to take flight!
